This vegetarian cooking magazine offers different tips and techniques for the vegetarian with its different sections on recipes, vegetarian 101, vegetarian times store, and a free information center. A subscription to this vegetarian cooking magazine is $20 for a year’s subscription.

The recipes section of this vegetarian cooking magazine gives individuals an opportunity to search for their favorite recipes. They give individuals a recipe of the week that they can try. In their featured articles section they list different food ideas to try, for example great ideas for dinner from an individual’s freezer. They give individuals way to choose healthier foods to eat, and ways to identify different greens.

The vegetarian 101 section of this vegetarian cooking magazine gives individuals who are thinking about becoming vegetarian an opportunity to try it. The article suggests an easy way to try being vegetarian in three simple steps. The first step is to think of three meals that the individual likes that are vegetarian. The second step is to think of three meals that the individual likes that could easily be made into vegetarian meals. The third step is to try different vegetarian meals, and find three that the individual likes. This gives the individual nine different vegetarian meals that they can eat, and if they enjoy those meals something they can stick with for awhile.

The vegetarian times store section of this vegetarian cooking magazine gives individuals the opportunity to purchase items that would be beneficial to the vegetarian lifestyle. Individuals can purchase cook books, recipe books, books to get the whole family involved, good health and smart living books, books for special dietary needs, and specialty cook books. Individuals can even choose to purchase posters and stationary. For the person who likes shopping the sales section, there is a clearance section available to make purchases.

The free information section of this vegetarian cooking magazine gives individuals the opportunity to find information of interest to them. There are sections on animal rights, clothing and shoes, education, financial services, food products and beverages, household products, kitchen products, nutritional supplements, personal care products, pet care, and travel.

There are also sections that list other information as well. There is a section on natural beauty. There is a section on health and nutrition. There is a section on eco-home, fitness, and travel. There is even section for classifieds. All these sections provide information and answer questions for the individual. There is information to meet any individual’s vegetarian needs.
