Individuals can purchase cook books, recipe books, books to get the whole family involved, good health and smart living books, books for special dietary needs, and specialty cook books. Individuals can even choose to purchase posters and stationary. For the person who likes shopping the sales section, there is a clearance section available to make purchases.

The free information section of this vegetarian cooking magazine gives individuals the opportunity to find information of interest to them. There are sections on animal rights, clothing and shoes, education, financial services, food products and beverages, household products, kitchen products, nutritional supplements, personal care products, pet care, and travel.
