from:Healthy cooking demos are a great way to learn how to cook firsthand. Sometimes people feel confused by a book recipe. Sometimes they can be hard to follow, the language hard to understand. But when a person is able to watch something being done, it can help him or her see that it is easier than they thought and sometimes it can show them something that a recipe in a book alone cannot fully explain. Remember, a picture is often worth a thousand words.
Depending on what you prefer you can often find healthy cooking demos by renting, purchasing or attending them. Maybe your favorite chef is in town! He or she is giving several healthy cooking demos in your area. What a wonderful treat and gift for you!
