Cooking Was Never So Quick And Healthy With The Chinese Cooking Method

If you are hungry and looking for a great meal, then your search for fast food ends here with some delicious Chinese cooking method. Chinese cooking method is the most sought cooking methods for fast food cuisines all over the world and have been accepted for their taste and easy preparation. These Chinese dishes are prepared with different methods like stir frying, steaming, boiling, sauteing as well as other methods.

Under the different activities of Chinese cooking method, frying is one of the prime methods that include quick-frying, deep frying, stir frying and slippery frying. The common food ingredients used and fried among these methods are noodles, fried rice, chicken bites and shrimp. Usually other methods involve Chicken and vegetables, cut into small pieces and then stir fried to serve with rice and noodles.

Another key activity of Chinese cooking method is Sautéing, which is sometimes referred as shallow cooking. In this method, food is fried in a thin layer of oil thus preventing the unnecessary greasiness and extra calories in food. For frying this food the meat or vegetables are cut into very thin slices so that it can be cooked easily. The food is then cooked until they become light brown colored and finally seasoned with spices and seasonings.

Another popular cooking method is stewing. This type of Chinese cooking method, is where the food is cut into very thin slices or chunks and stir fried until the are done on the out side of the food. The inside of the food is kept raw to retain the nutritious values. Sauce can be poured on those pieces and simmered over low flame to ensure the food gets cooked thoroughly. The added sauce is thickened while simmering giving it a good texture and flavoring to the food.

Boiling and simmering food is a very popular and commonly used in the Chinese cooking method. In Boiling, the pot containing a large amount of water is used for boiling meat, vegetables, rice or noodles. Sauce can also be added to the food while boiling so that the food comes out tender and with a good flavor. Whereas in simmering the food is cooked under boiling water in a large pot that is heated over a low flame for a longer time. This cooking style is considered to be the healthiest as it does not involve the use of oil, so the worry of extra calories is avoided altogether.

Bringing all activities together the Chinese cooking method gives you an excellent combination of fast food and health, which makes cooking and eating both an absolute delight.
